DAYTON--Travelers stranded at Dayton International Airport are finally on their way home.
Yesterday's storm cancelled more than half of the flights out of Dayton on one of the busiest travel days of the year.
While crews managed to keep the runway open throughout the storm, a number of airlines did not want to risk flying. Today there are still a few delays, but things are getting back to normal.
"All of the flights that we have in and out of Dayton, 65 arrivals... will all be able to get in and out today," said Terry Slaybaugh from the Dayton International Airport.
Tonight is still a busy time at the airport with a load several people re-booking flights.
