DAYTON--Two men are in jail tonight, accused of stomping a kitten to death and then urinating on it.
According to reports, Stanjuan Tillman and Deandre Jackson were drinking at a Dayton apartment yesterday.
A woman living in the complex claims the men tried to get into her unit and her cat escaped. When she went out to look for the cat , she found it dead.
When police arrived, they found Tillman and Jackson fighting another resident. Both are now charged with assault. Tillman is charged with animal cruelty.
