PREBLE CO.--Deputies seized drugs, cash, and several firearms from a Preble County home tonight.
Authorities say Ronald Risner had methamphetamine and the tools to make it inside his home on Oxford Germantown Road.
Risner was arrested and charged with drug possession, having weapons while under disability, and illegally manufacturing drugs.
