XENIA -- We now know the identity of the man who police say robbed and abducted a Xenia business and then shot several rounds at police during a chase.
Micah Tuck, 21, from Sugarcreek Township is in Miami Valley Hospital right now following the shootout with police Tuesday night.
Police tell us Tuck robbed two male GameStop employees at gunpoint, kidnapped them and forced them to drive him away from the scene. They brought him to a nearby neighborhood. Some of the peculiar details surrounding the armed robbery give us better insight into who Micah Tuck really is.
"All he took was four brand new video games and one playstation 3 game system," said an employee in the 9-1-1 call.
You can hear the GameStop employee explain how nervous Micah Tuck was when he allegedly committed the armed robbery and abduction.
"He actually forgot to have me give him the cash, he said 'the cash is in the bag right?' I said, 'no, cause that's not what you asked for,'" said the employee.
Police say after he parted ways with the GameStop employees, officer Mark Margioras confronted him.
"The officer points the gun at him and says 'stop.' The guy looks at his gun, looks at the officer, turned the other way and takes off running," said Police Chief Randy Person.
Two police cars cut Tuck off, but he takes out his gun and fires about 5 rounds towards the cars.
You can hear over dispatch radio an officer yelling, "He's got a gun; he's running, put it down; shots fired, shots fired."
One witness, Jamie Hall, recalls, "we heard what we thought were fireworks and then the cop pulled into the stop sign. His window fell out and he asked, 'which way did he go? which way did he go?' We saw a guy running and we pointed to the direction and we saw the cop was holding his arm and it was bleeding and he kept yelling 'go back in the house.'"
Officer Brian Atkins was either grazed with a bullet or glass. He has since been treated and released from the hospital. Officer Margioras ended the the 15-plus round shootout by striking Tuck in the back.
We attempted to speak with Micah's parents, but no one answered when we knocked on the door. We did, however, speak with neighbors who say they were very surprised to hear something like this from Micah.
"He waves, he's always friendly. He's up and down on his bicycle and walking around and stuff," said neighbor Dean Smith.
Micah's neighbors tell us Tuck and his sisters were adopted into this house because their biological parents were on drugs.
Neighbors also told us he failed to get into the military, which was interesting because in the 9-1-1 call, we heard the employee say, "he says he is ex-army."
One last strange behavior from the suspect: police say he apologized to the men he abducted.
"That sounds more like Micah," said Smith. "He always seemed so polite, seemed like a very nice kid. I don't know what could have prompted that."
Police expect Tuck to be out of the hospital in a few days. They say he does have a CCW permit and has no prior criminal history... until now. He faces charges of aggravated robbery with a gun, 2 counts of kidnapping, and 3 counts of attempted murder. His bond is set at $2,000,000.
The three officers involved will be placed on paid administrative leave while the incident is being investigated.

UPDATE: Police have now released a photo of the suspect arrested in reference to the officer-involved shooting in Xenia on Tuesday.
Micah Tuck, 21, is accused of robbing a GameStop in Xenia and then firing at police, who returned fire. Tuck was struck by at least one bullet and transported to a hospital. He is expected to survive.
We've also learned that Tuck's bond has been set at $2 million.

XENIA -- A robbery suspect is hospitalized after being shot by Xenia police Tuesday evening.
Police say 21-year-old Micah Tuck of Sugarcreek robbed the GameStop on Hospitality Drive in Xenia and abducted two male employees at gunpoint to drive him away from the scene.
After driving toward Connecticut Drive in Xenia, he reportedly got out of the car and took off and foot. Police approached him and asked him to stop. Police say a chase ensued and shots were fired in both directions.
Police say Tuck fired five rounds at a police cruiser, injuring officer Brian Atkins and they fired 10-11 rounds back at Tuck, striking him.
Tuck was removed to the hospital, where he is expected to be OK.
Officer Brian Atkins was treated and released from the hospital. Police say they aren't sure if he was actually shot or hit by glass when the windows of the cruiser were shot out.
Police say Tuck had a concealed carry permit, and has no prior criminal history. He now faces charges of attempted murder, robbery and kidnapping.
The three officers involved will be placed on paid administrative leave while the incident is investigated.

XENIA -- A possible armed robbery ends with Xenia police shooting one suspect, sending him to the hospital.
The shooting happened just before 6 p.m. Tuesday near Montana and Connecticut Drive. Police are being tight-lipped about what happened. We do know a Xenia officer shot a robbery suspect in a residential neighborhood.
"I heard police sirens. I thought what the heck is going on, so I opened the front door and started out and hear boom!" said witness James Booth.
Booth has lived in the Xenia neighborhood for nearly two decades.
"It's crazy, you never think it would happen over here," he said.
Several blocks were blocked by police tape after investigators say an officer shot a man suspected in an armed robbery.
"His face was bloody when they took him off in the ambulance," Booth said.
Greene County dispatchers say that right before the shooting the suspect robbed a Game Stop less than two miles away. A new Playstation 3 and an ammunition clip, both marked as evidence, sat on the side of the road, less than a block away from a hat and clothing believed to be the suspect's.
"It's scary to think, OK, there's been a shooting on my street," another witness, Natasha Smith, said.
Smith was taking a nap when it all went down.
"I hear through my two fans that I have on high, 'pop, pop, pop, pop!' So get up, throw some clothes on and run outside," she said.
The condition of the robbery suspect isn't known at this time.

XENIA -- There has been an officer-involved shooting in the area of Montana and Connecticut drives in Xenia. The incident reportedly started at a GameStop. One person was shot but no officers were hurt.
There were at least two witnesses who heard the gunshots. They then went outside and saw a man lying in the street. A short time later, the man was put into an ambulance.
There is a two-block area roped off.

BREAKING: More than a dozen Xenia police officers and Greene County Sheriff's deputies are investigating a scene at Montana and Connecticut Drives in Xenia.
There is a two block area roped off. A woman who lives in the area tells us she heard what sounded like fireworks or gunshots and ran out to see what was going on. When she got outside, she saw a man being loaded into an ambulance.
Our crew is on the scene right now and says they see a gun clip and new Playstation on the ground, while about a block away there is a man's hat and pair of pants.
