UPDATE: Man in Morning Crash is Shooting Suspect in Pregnant Woman's Death

DAYTON -- Police named a new person of interest in the homicide of a pregnant woman who was shot and killed last month.

Korwyn Moore was walked to the Montgomery County Jail today by detectives. He has not been charged with homicide, although he was arrested today for gun charges.

Homicide detectives said witnesses put Moore at the scene the evening a fight broke out in the Desoto Bass neighborhood.  Police said numerous people started shooting and one bullet hit and killed Da'Lyne Foster.
Foster was 9-months pregnant and was an innocent bystander who was  just walking around.

"We have numerous people putting him there and being the possible shooter," Sgt. Richard Blommel said.

Detectives said Moore was wanted for questioning in the homicide, and police didn't have to go far to find him.  Wednesday morning,  Moore lost control and crashed his car near Dow and Riverview.

Moore was taken to the hospital and then taken into custody.  Police said  they found a stolen gun in Moore's car,  and are testing it to see if its the gun used in Da'Lyne's homicide.

"We're just trying to put it all together." Sgt. Blommel said.

This is the third person of interest police have named since the homicide last month.  Two other men have been cleared.

Da'Lyne's family said they remain optimistic an arrest will be made.
"I'm extremely hopeful because no one gets away with this." David Foster, Da'Lyne, father said.

"We haven't seen justice yet.  We just want peace with her passing," Haneisha Wortham, Da'Lyne's cousin said.

Tuesday, Da'Lyne was laid to rest at Potters House Church.  More than 1,000 people attended to show their love  for the mother of 4.   Her baby,  Christopher, who was  delivered by emergency C- section is doing better.

"We know justice will be served," Foster said.
