MIAMISBURG--A brand new business opened in downtown Miamisburg Saturday.
The Urban Loft Boutique on South Main Street features jewelry, candles, purses, scarves, and other unique items.
The owners buy re-purposed items from local and regional vendors.
Owners say opening up this shop is a dream come true; especially in the heart of a growing historic downtown.
"Everything that's unique that you couldn't find at a regular department store. That's the thing, it has to be unique and we're looking for local artists who want to come down who have good, quality products," said co-owner Theresa Wilkins.
"My passion is to grow Miamisburg. So we've got the synergy between the wine shop and the cake shop and us; so kind of a little girls corner here," said co-owner Val Farrall
Val Farral also owns the Urban Loft Salon and Spa in Miamisburg.
The new boutique is open Monday through Saturday from 11am to 8pm and Sundays from noon to 4pm.
