DAYTON -- Dayton Police are investigating a possible dirty home.
Officers were called to a home on Edgar Avenue Wednesday afternoon.
An anonymous caller told them the four kids inside the home were living in filth, and were not being fed.
Once inside, officers say the house was a mess, but there was food in the fridge for the kids.
However, the most concerning issue was the sleeping situation for the adults in the house.
"They're spread out throughout the kitchen, the garage, there's evidence of beds in the garage and clothing, in the kitchen there's another bed in another front room, just not your normal living conditions," said Sgt. Moises Perez. Dayton Police Department.
Right now, the adults living inside the home have not been charged with anything.
Police tell us they could face child neglect and housing violations.
