WARREN COUNTY -- A Vandalia man is now facing charges for hitting a State Trooper on I-75.
A Warren County Grand Jury indicted Tyler Combs, 22 for vehicular assault.
In February, investigators say Combs swerved on the interstate near State Route 123 in Franklin and hit Trooper Brent Hill, who was on the scene of another accident.
Trooper Hill was seriously hurt in the crash, but is out of the hospital and continuing his recovery.
