DAYTON--A one-car accident on State Route 35 had traffic backed up Monday afternoon.
A car turning onto a long ramp at the Steve Whalen exit went off the road
and down an embankment.
Luckily a child in the backseat is okay. The driver had to be taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Westbound State Rt. 35 was shut down temporarily, but traffic is now back to normal.
