MARYSVILLE, OH--State troopers say a driver is dead because he ran through a stop sign today in Logan County.
A semi-truck collided with his car in Richland Township on Route 117 around 5:30 Monday morning.
James Payer, 38, died at the scene. Police say he was not wearing a seat belt. The truck driver had to be hospitalized, but his injuries are non-life-threatening.
