BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. (AP) -- An airport official says no one was injured when a United Express flight made an emergency landing at North Central West Virginia Airport.

Airport director Rick Rock tells The Exponent Telegram that the ERJ 145 regional jet was flying from Washington Dulles International Airport in Virginia to Dayton, Ohio, when it developed engine trouble on Sunday. The aircraft made an emergency landing without incident around 6 p.m.

Passenger Becky Brown of Dayton tells WDTV in West Virginia that she heard a loud boom and then there were vibrations. She says the incident was scary but it won't stop her from flying.
