ODOT Road Conditions as of 10 am (District 7)

The Logan County Sheriff this morning issued a Level One Snow Emergency. A Level One is defined as a roadway advisory with hazardous conditions, blowing and drifting snow. Roads are also icy. Caution should be used when driving.

Auglaize County: currently has approximately inch of snow on the ground. The roads are snow covered. ODOT has 15 crews out working to keep the roads clear in this area.
Champaign County: currently has approximately 1 inch of snow on the ground.  The roads are partially to completely snow covered.  ODOT has 13 crews out working to keep the roads clear.

Clark County: currently has approximately 1 inch of snow on the ground.   The roads are snow covered and slick in spots. Snow is still falling.  ODOT has 15 crews out working to keep the roads clear in this area.

Darke County: currently has approximately 1 inches of snow on the ground.  The roads are snow covered with slight drifting in areas.  ODOT has 15 crews out working to keep the roads clear in this area.

Logan County: currently has approximately 1 inch of snow on the ground.  The roads are snow covered and snow is still falling. ODOT has 16 crews out working to keep the roads clear in this area.

Mercer County: currently has approximately 1/4 inch of snow on the ground.  The roads are mostly wet.  ODOT has 13 crews out working to keep the roads clear in this area.

Miami County: currently has approximately 1 inch of snow on the ground.   The roads are mostly snow covered with the interstate partially covered.  ODOT has 17 crews out working to keep the roads clear in this area.
 
Montgomery County: currently has about 2 inches of snow on the ground. The roads are snow covered, slick and treacherous in spots.  ODOT has 21 crews out working to keep the roads clear.

Shelby County: currently has approximately 1 inches of snow on the ground.   The roads are snow covered with more snow falling. ODOT has 12 crews out working to keep the roads clear in this area.

Snow continues to fall throughout District 7. ODOT urges drivers to slow down and stay alert behind the wheel.  If you see a snow plow, please give them some space to clear the roads so everyone can make it safely to their destinations. ODOT crews will continue to work around the clock to keep the roads clear.
