UPDATE--A local elderly man who was reported missing last night has been found.
Authorities at the Indiana-Illinois border picked up 79-year old Leland Wilson after receiving the nationwide alert.
Wilson was fine and family members are going to pick him up.
DAYTON -- A 79-year-old Dayton man has been reported missing.
Leland Wilson was last seen at 6 p.m. Tuesday in Dayton wearing a blue jacket, blue jeans, plaid shirt and a blue and white Kentucky Wildcats hat. He suffers from dementia, Parkinson's disease, other medical conditions and is on medications.
According to a statewide alert program, Wilson's medical condition has worsened and authorities say he likely is heading to Kentucky.
He likely is driving a maroon 2000 Chevy Silverado pickup in color with Ohio license plate 583WVW.
