DAYTON -- Jason Zwick has pleaded no contest rape charges and now faces 10 years in prison, which was the maximum penalty possible, and a $20,000 fine.
Zwick, Kenneth Brandt and Patrick Rieder all faced sex-related charges in 2011.
Brandt already pleaded guilty in November to raping three boys and will spend 60 years to life in prison.
In December Montgomery County Prosecutor Mat Heck said Brandt agreed to testify against co-defendant Patrick Rieder, who is indicted on four counts of rape of a child under the age of 13 along with sexually violent predator specifications.
