DAYTON -- Dayton police officers try to stop a car, but the driver parks and takes off on foot.
Officers wanted to pull the driver over for a tinted windows violation on West Cornell Woods Avenue Tuesday afternoon. Instead, police say the drive pulled into an apartment complex, took off running, and dropped a gun in the snow. Police were able to catch up with the suspect and arrest him. Authorities say he also had marijuana on him. It's unclear yet, what charges the driver will face.
