CINCINNATI -- A Tipp City native and University of Cincinnati student is in critical condition after being injured in a fire near the UC campus.
Ellyn Garner is a 2010 graduate or Tippecanoe High School. Cincinnati fire investigators say she was hurt early New Years morning after a space heater was placed too close to some bedding and caught fire.
Another student is also in critical condition.
