DAYTON -- The family of a Dayton woman murdered in her own home on Christmas Eve gathered Tuesday night to remember her. Lafrances Golden, 27, was found with a gunshot wound to the head. Her family made a desperate plea on Tuesday for anyone with information about her murder to contact police.
The family of Golden says she had a kind heart for everyone.
"She would have given you the clothes off her back if you needed it," said Golden's sister, Precious.
Golden was murdered inside her apartment on Ryburn Avenue. She leaves behind a three-year-old daughter.
The family had a private viewing Tuesday and will bury Golden on Wednesday.
Dayton Police say they have no suspects in the case.
