CLARK COUNTY -- A 32-year-old man has been charged in the Sunday robbery of a Rite Aid pharmacy in Bethel Township.
According to the Clark County Sheriff's Office, Beau Frank, whose address is listed as "at large," demanded money from a clerk. She responded with, "This is not funny," to which he allegedly replied he had a gun and would blow her brains out if she did not give him all the money and everything under the drawer.
The clerk handed over cash and deputies say Frank fled the store.
Investigators identified Frank as the suspect and found him, through an unrelated matter, at the ACE Hardware on South Dayton Lakeview.
Frank was taken to the Clark County Jail and booked in for Aggravated Robbery. His arraignment is set for January 2 at 10:30 a.m. in Municipal Court.
