DAYTON -- A man is fighting for his life after being shot on Christmas Eve. Officers responded to an apartment building on North James H. McGee Boulevard around 10:30 Monday night. When they arrived they found the shooting scene but no victim.
The victim was later found at Good Samaritan Hospital. He was then taken to Miami Valley Hospital where he was taken into surgery. At last check he was in critical condition. So far, police have no suspects. The shooting remains under investigation.
