PREBLE COUNTY -- A man who killed another man for poaching ginseng on his property has been sentenced.
Joseph Kutter will spend the next 3 years in prison.
Back in March, he plead no contest to voluntary manslaughter, gross abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence.
Kutter told investigators he shot Joe Grubbs twice with an AK-47 assault riffle after he found him stealing the plants on his property. Kutter says he wrapped Grubbs' body in a tarp and buried it.
