MASON -- The Mason City Prosecutor says a Texas man arrested in the parking lot of Kings Island amusement park last week was videotaping children with a special camera mounted in his eyeglasses.
A judge Monday decided to keep 37-year-old Rodney Grisham's bond at $200,000 cash because of the prosecutor's fears that Grisham may have intended to abduct a child.
Grisham, a native of Dallas, was arrested July 3, and is facing charges of having a weapon under disability.
Officers say they responded to Kings Island for a report of a suspicious person. When they approached Grisham, he reportedly admitted to having a loaded weapon in his tractor trailer.
