WASHINGTON D.C. -- The Washington Post is reporting that the Obama Administration will not penalize businesses that do not provide health insurance in 2014.
The Treasury Department announced Tuesday the administration will delay enforcement of the Affordable Care Act until 2015. The act will require all employers with more than 50 employees to provide coverage to their workers.
The administration made the decision after hearing significant concerns from employers about the challenges of implementing it.
