UPDATE: DAYTON---A Dayton woman was arrested, accused of assaulting a boy with special needs.
According to the police report, Tomasita Gonzalez, 49, told police the 7 year old trespassed into her yard and deserved a beating from her and her kids.
Teasha Young said she spent much of Thursday night at Dayton Children's Hospital with her son Christian.
"His mouth was busted, his lip was busted. His stomach was bruised." Young told ABC 22/ FOX 45 reporter Chelby Kosto
Young said her 7 year old was playing with neighborhood kids. " The next thing I know, I hear my son screaming."
She found Christian bloody and beaten.
Police were called, and they interviewed Gonzales, who told police Christian trespassed. According to the report, a witness heard Gonzales tell her children to " beat his ass."
Young said Christian has developmental delays and ADHD.
"Yes, there is a no trespassing sign back there, but he is 7 years old he doesn't understand what no trespassing means, he's special needs." She said.
Young said her neighbor should've handled things a lot differently
"If she felt like my son was in her yard, she should've approached me. I'm sitting right here, she could've came to me and talked to me about it."
Gonzalez is facing assault, child endangering and rioting charges for inciting violence upon a child.
I'm going to make sure this gets filed against her and she does not do this to nobody else." Young said.
As of 5:30 pm, Gonzales remained in the Montgomery County Jail

DAYTON -- A Dayton woman is accused of urging her children to beat up a 7-year-old special needs child who wandered into their yard.
Tomasita Gonzalez is charged with child endangering and inciting to violence after the 7-year-old entered Gonzalez' back yard. According to police, Gonzalez told her children to beat up the boy.
The boy sustained a busted lip and was taken to Dayton Children's Hospital.
Reporter Chelby Kosto talked to the boy's mother, who says she hopes Gonzalez pays for the crime.
