TROY -- Police are looking for 25-year-old Michael Legrant after they say he set fire to an apartment complex.
Fifteen people were left homeless after the complex caught fire early in the morning on May 22.
Charles Mowery of Troy is still homeless.
He is living out of a Motel 6 in Troy with almost nothing.
He says he has a cat, and it's hard for him to find a place that will take it.
"We went from a two-bedroom house to nothing," he said.
Mowery says he's seen Legrant before, but doesn't know him.
"I want him off the street before he hurts anyone else or kills someone," said Mowery.
Mowery has his clothes in boxes and the bathroom counter in the motel is now his kitchen counter.
"We all lost pretty much everything, our lives," said Mowery.
As time and money runs out for Mowery, he will cling on to hope to find a new place to start over.
