CLARK COUNTY -- The Clark County OVI Task Force will be operating an OVI checkpoint tonight to intercept impaired drivers as part of our ongoing enforcement efforts.
The location will be on SR 235 in New Carlisle beginning at 7:30 p.m.
Every year, thousands of people needlessly lose their lives in motor vehicle crashes involving impaired drivers and motorcyclists.
Remember the following:
- Designate a sober driver before you go out to drink.
- If you become impaired and donât have a designated driver, call a cab, a friend or a family member. (who is sober)
- If you see a driver on the road that is driving impaired, call the law.
