CLARK COUNTY -- State Patrol troopers say a man in his 50s was driving recklessly between two semis about noon Thursday when he clipped one of the trucks, spun and hit the second semi.

The collision -- along I-70 eastbound -- caused the man's Subaru to overturn and land near the westbound lanes.

The crash happened about a half-mile from the Ohio 72 exit. It closed the westbound lanes for about an hour and eastbound traffic was slowed because of curious motorists.

All lanes of I-70 are now open in the area.

Troopers say the man was transported by CareFlight to Miami Valley Hospital, where he was in critical condition. His injuries were described as non-life-threatening.
