WPAFB -- Air Force officials have confirmed that civilians will receive their furlough notices on Friday.
The 11 days of furloughs are then expected to begin 30 day from then.
Supervisors are expected to discuss with each employee how the furloughs will affect them. There are 13,000 civilian employees at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base who will be required to take one day off without pay each week.
