NEW LEBANON -- An officer has been involved in a crash in New Lebanon at the intersection of Hepner St. and Main St.
According to state police, the New Lebanon officer was slowing down on Main St. to help out another officer during a traffic stop when the driver of a black Scion slammed into the police officer.
Police say it's a warning for us all this holiday weekend.
The officer was taken to the hospital for back pain. She is expected to be okay.
The driver of the Scion wasn't hurt, but he did get cited.
