MONTGOMERY COUNTY -- A man was arrested yesterday by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.
Dennis Egnor has been accused of hiring someone in November of 2011 to set fire to his own home.
Egnor lives on Centre Street in Dayton.
The home was vacant at the time.
The suspect Egnor hired hasn't been charged.
Egnor's expected back in court next week.
