MOORE, OK (AP) -- A mile-wide tornado has swept through Southern Oklahoma, demolishing homes and neighborhoods.
Currently volunteers and first responders are moving through debris looking for survivors. Two people are confirmed dead.
According to Gary Knight of the Oklahoma City Police Department, an elementary school was directly hit by the tornado. The name of the school is still unknown.

The twister is estimated to grow up to 2 miles wide.
People are being advised to go underground.
