As of Sunday, the average price for a regular gallon of gas sits at $3.66.
A recent survey shows 1 in 3 Americans is expected to hit the road for Memorial Day weekend. AAA predicts it will be a few weeks before we start seeing lower prices.
Despite the high gas prices, 86 percent are still expected to take some type of vacation.
