BOSTON, MA -- According to reports, the surviving suspect in the Boston bombings, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, scribbled a note on a wall of the boat where he was found hiding.
It says the bombings were payback for attacks against Muslims in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The 19-year-old also reportedly wrote that he'd soon be joining his brother who died after a shootout with police.
