MIAMISBURG -- The death penalty trial for one of two men charged in the stabbing death of Lisa Spinks begins Monday morning.
Jamie Shaffer is charged with aggravated murder in connection to Spinks' murder.
Police say Shaffer and another man stabbed the 20 year old multiple times. Officers say they then laid her body on train tracks, where she was run over by at least two trains.
It happened in September 2011. Prosecutors are calling it the worse murder they've ever investigated.
