HUBER HEIGHTS--Officers responded to a shooting at Heat Nightclub on Brandt Pike a little before 2:30 Saturday morning.
Police say there were numerous vehicles fleeing the area and several people in the parking lot.
Three people suffered gunshot wounds; one was pronounced dead at the scene. That victim has been identified as 25-year old Charles Bell III of Dayton.
One of the victims is still in critical condition. The other victim was treated at the hospital and released.
