CINCINNATI -- A runner in the Flying Pig Marathon is facing charges after being accused of bringing a loaded gun to the race.
David Moore, 49, is also accused of stalking the race director. Moore allegedly showed up to at the event stage and was stopped by Cincinnati police. Moore was apparently making statement about terrorism, and when police asked him if he had a gun, Moore opened his coat to show officers a 9mm handgun in his waistband.
Moore is now hospitalized and undergoing a mental evaluation.
