HUBER HEIGHTS -- huber Heights could soon be filled with the sound of music.

Monday night, the Huber Heights City Council met to approve a due-dilligence study for a new music center near the proposed Heights development.  The study could take up to 18 months to complete and will be paid for by TIF funds, which are earmarked for development.

The city has visions of creating a venue similar to PNC Pavilion in Cincinnati, which would also be an additional source of revenue for the city of Huber Heights.

''We don't have it yet, but I've had some discussions for more venues around it to bring more people.'', Mayor Ron Fisher told us, ''You bring people, you bring business.''

The proposed music center would cost about $18 million and would possibly be paid for by selling bonds.
