DAYTON -- Neighbors help lead Dayton Police to a drug house off Bellefontaine Avenue Tuesday afternoon.
Under cover agents served a search warrant and arrested 32-year-old Douglas Crooks lll.
They say they recovered eight guns, found crystal meth and heroin inside the home.
Police say neighbors were the ones to give them a tip. They say the observed cars constantly pulling into an alley behind the home.
During the two week investigation, police say Crooks sold drugs to undercover agents.
A 16-year-old lives inside the home.
