DAYTON--Police arrested two men from Washington Courthouse on drug charges, after they admitted they come to Dayton to score heroin.
Justin Phillips and Taylor Richardson were arrested by police, just minutes before they were about to snort heroin in a car.
The pair are from Washington Courthouse, Ohio and arrested on Edwin C. Moses Blvd near the Wendy's restaurant.
Phillips told police he's "been to Dayton 60 times to buy heroin but this is the only time he's been caught."
Police said its very common for people to come to Dayton from 2, or 3 hours away.
"We see them coming from as far as Adams county, Auglaize County. People come to Dayton to meet with dealers to obtain their drugs."
Dayton Police Lt. Wendy Stiver said.
Police say heroin is the number one drug of choice, mostly because its so cheap. Phillips told police he spent 20 bucks for the heroin he was about to snort.
