DAYTON -- Police are looking for the driver who led Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers on a chase through Dayton.
It started early Friday morning at the intersection of Free Pike and Gettysburg Avenue. Police tried to stop the driver for a speeding violation.
He refused to stop. Eventually stop sticks were laid down and the driver ended up stopping in an alley off North Euclid Avenue.
Both he and the passenger got out and ran. The passenger was caught, but is not being arrested. Police are still looking for the driver. The car had not been reported as stolen.
