KETTERING -- Local runners are gearing up for a solidarity run Monday evening in honor of the Boston bombing victims. Organizers from Up and Running shoe store in Kettering hosted the run at Fairmont High School. The store says customers were asking how they can help, and what they can do for the victims of the Boston attacks. So Up and Running decided to sponsor a 2.62 mile solidarity run/walk. Everyone who attended could buy a $20 "Runners for Boston" t-shirt. All proceeds will go to OneFundBoston.org.

If you couldn't make it to the run, you can still show your support for the Boston victims by sharing photos of your own run on Facebook and Twitter.
