HARRISON TWP. -- A titanium fire at a materials company is now under control.
Fire officials say water can't be used on a titanium fire, which must be smothered, and the company, APS Materials, had a plan in place for that contingency and executed it well.
Harrison Township Fire responded and Trotwood Fire responded as mutual aid to the scene, 4011 Riverside.
