DAYTON--People were getting healthy in downtown Dayton today.
Hundreds came out to the "Celebrating Life and Health" fair at the Sinclair Community College.
It was open to the community and was put on by the Levin Foundation. Participants got free health screenings and lunch.
"To serve those individuals so they are part of the community, they're not left out, they're not disenfranchised, they know there are fellow Daytonians that care about them. And not just give them a meal, we want them closer to getting better health, and not just knowing they have an issue but getting a conclusion to get them better health," said Ryan Levin of the Levin Family Foundation.
The event has been going on for 11 years, ABC22/FOX45 helped sponsor the event.
