NEAR CINCINNATI -- A Wright State student is locked up in Cincinnati accused of robbing a restaurant. Police say Kenneth Chipemba, of Springboro, and his accomplice, Kabinga Kwambana, of Cincinnati were wearing masks and one of them was armed when they held up a Golden Corral.
Detectives believe he may have hit other restaurants over the past three months. Both men are being held on $750,000 bond.
