DAYTON -- Arson investigators are working to figure what caused an apartment building to catch fire for a fourth time.
It happened late Tuesday night on Elliott Avenue in Dayton. When firefighters got on scene, the building was fully engulfed.
The building was vacant at the time and there were no injuries reported.
