LOGAN COUNTY -- A Logan County man is indicted on charges that he raped two women over the course of two decades, and officers say there could be more victims.
Robert Wintersteller, 44, is facing four counts of rape. He pleaded not guilty in court on Thursday. Wintersteller is being held in jail on a $250,000 bond.
