HUBER HEIGHTS -- A man pleads guilty to stealing from disabled people.
Douglas Carter was convicted of taking $429,000 from those served by the Montgomery Developmental Center in Huber Heights over a three-year span.
Prosecutors say Carter used that money to buy an engagement ring, a trip to Miami, two new cars, and liposuction. Carter will be sentenced next month.
