SPRINGBORO -- A woman's body is found in a small creek in Springboro, and now police are trying to figure out who she is.
Someone walking down a path near the small creek off of Factory Road around 7:30 Saturday night spotted the body and called police.
The Coroner removed the body for an autopsy, and they will work to figure out what caused the death. Police did tell us the body had some type of trauma on it, but they weren't sure if it was from the rocks that are in the creek. Police say the woman appears to be in her 30s, but no one has come forward to say anyone is missing. It's a pretty residential area, that does not get much outside pedestrian traffic.
Until police know exactly who she is, they will have a hard time moving forward with the investigation.
