DAYTON -- Police are looking for a man they say was firing randomly "in the air and at anything that moved" on Tuesday night in the 4800-block of Midway.
A man nearby said he was fired at but was not injured. His 1-year-old pit bull named "Q" was struck and injured in the leg.
The suspect is described as a black man in his early 20s, about 5-foot-11 with a light complexion. He was reportedly wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, dark grey jeans and white tennis shoes. He was allegedly firing a small caliber handgun.
