PREBLE COUNTY -- Deputies said they have arrested a New Paris man after a drug investigation.
Deputies said they made several controlled purchases of methamphetamine from Henry "Kelley" Lawson, 51, of 6371 Eldorado Whitewater Road, near New Paris.
Following those purchases, deputies executed a search warrant the evening of March 26 at Lawson's residence, where they found several firearms, cash and various criminal tools.
Lawson was taken to jail and formally charged on Thursday with three counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs and one count each of having weapons while under disability and possessing criminal tools.
Lawson remains in jail pending arraignment, set for today.
