BEAVERCREEK TWP. -- A truck caught fire at a Beavercreek church this afternoon.
It happened around 3 o'clock at Arrowbrook Baptist Church. The driver parked the truck under the church awning and went inside.
While he was inside the church, the truck caught fire. He said he did not even realize the truck had caught fire. A passerby saw the fire and called 911.
The truck was destroyed. Fire crews say it will take them a while to determine what caused the fire.
The church awning sustained minor damage, but the fire did not spread to the building.
